* We are looking for motivated and dependable
** General Production Associates
** to support our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to safety, quality, and productivity.
No prior manufacturing experience is required, but candidates with production, warehouse, woodworking, or building materials experience are encouraged to apply.
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Feed materials into production machines and assist with machine operations.
+ Operate small and large machinery used in the manufacturing of doors.
+ Work on door assembly lines to ensure efficient production flow.
+ Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Prepare and handle production materials.
+ Stage, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
+ Perform general warehouse and manufacturing duties as assigned.
+ Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
+ Follow company safety, quality, and production procedures.
** Qualifications*
* ** Required Skills*
* + Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
+ Basic math skills, including working with fractions.
+ Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
+ Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience.
+ Experience in commercial woodworking, including doors, millwork, cabinetry, or related products.
+ General knowledge of building materials.
+ Experience using basic hand-held measuring tools.
+ Previous manual labor experience.
** Physical Requirements*
* + Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and move throughout the shift.
+ Occasional climbing and balancing.
+ Ability to move raw materials, work-in-process items, and finished products within the production area.
+ Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
** Work Environment*
* This position is based in a manufacturing facility where employees may be exposed to:
+ Moving machinery and mechanical equipment
+ Airborne particles and dust
+ Vibrations
+ Industrial noise levels
+ Manufacturing fumes
Appropriate safety equipment and training will be provided.
