Job DetailsThe Manufacturing Technician plays a key role in producing Nosler’s most famous product line. The position prepares, operates, observes, and occasionally sets up, repairs, and performs light maintenance of related manufacturing machines. The technician also assists with regular inventory control processes.
ResponsibilitiesKey Tasks:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery.
- Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
- Assist in inventory control and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent eyesight, with or without correction, for close inspection work.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers) and mechanical concepts.
- Ability to practice and adhere to all workplace safety rules and precautions.
- Ability to move or maneuver up to 75 lbs on a regular basis and occasionally lift up to 45 lbs.
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Ability to work in a team‑oriented, quality‑focused, performance‑driven environment.
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean drug and criminal background screening.

Hours & CompensationMonday – Friday, 2nd shift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm.
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (DOE).
ExperienceManufacturing: 1 year (Preferred).

Introductory TrainingThis position begins as an “Introductory Trainee” for 60 consecutive days during which management will evaluate suitability. Upon satisfactory completion, status advances to “Regular Employee,” and benefits commence. A pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check will be required.
