Pay: $25-$30/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 40 Hours per Week
About the OpportunityWe are a growing metal fabrication and manufacturing company seeking a Welder / Fabricator to join our team. We take pride in quality craftsmanship, precision, and delivering exceptional work for our customers.
Whether you're an experienced welder or a recent welding program graduate, we're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities- Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
- Measure, fit, fabricate, and assemble parts to specification
- Grind, finish, and inspect completed work
- Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain quality standards and meet production deadlines
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Welding experience through employment, apprenticeship, trade school, vocational training, or a welding program
- Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Strong measuring and layout skills
- Valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Fabrication experience
- Experience with mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminum
- Forklift experience
- Experience with TIG welding, MIG welding, and laser welding highly desirable
