Packaging Operator (Night Shift)
Pride Staff is seeking a motivated, reliable, and team-oriented Packaging Operator to join a dynamic beverage production team in Bend, Oregon. In this role, you will help run, monitor, and clean the bottling, canning, and kegging lines to produce delicious, high-quality drinks.
Shift, Pay, & Career GrowthMon-Wed OR Thu-Sat (5:00 PM – 5:30 AM)
Pay: $23/hr
Key ResponsibilitiesRun all positions on the bottling, canning, and kegging lines; follow SOPs for equipment setup, tear-downs, and product changeovers.
Monitor production lines for malfunctions, clear machine jams, and inspect packages periodically to ensure perfect labeling, capping, and sealing.
Perform daily intensive cleaning using chemicals (PPE provided); strictly follow Food Safety, GMP, and general safety guidelines.
Move finished products, prep materials for upcoming runs, and keep accurate logs/batch tickets.
Qualifications &Physical Requirements
Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred, but an eagerness to learn is key.
Ability to read/interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and write basic routine reports.
Comfort working under pressure on a loud, fast-paced, and active production floor.
Ability to stand and work on your feet for the entire 12-hour shift.
