Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Pay: $20.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our growing medical device reprocessing company in Bend, Oregon. This position is part of our Refurbishing Department and plays an important role in ensuring medical devices are restored to quality standards for reuse.
The work involves inspecting, sharpening, repairing, cleaning, and testing medical devices, much of which is performed under a microscope. We provide comprehensive training, and employees can expect approximately three months of hands-on training before working independently.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect medical devices for quality and functionality
- Sharpen and refurbish medical instruments
- Perform repairs on medical devices according to established procedures
- Conduct quality testing and inspections
- Clean and prepare devices for production processes
- Use microscopes and specialized refurbishing equipment
- Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Maintain accurate quality standards and production goals
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Well-organized with the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read and write in English
- Previous experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, or general labor is helpful but not required
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Comfortable performing detailed work under a microscope
- Ability to use hand tools and production equipment safely
