Job Summary

is seeking a Marketing Outreach Specialist to join our Marketing team.

In this role, you will focus on identifying and connecting with potential customers. You’ll build targeted contact lists, reach out to new prospects, and manage email follow-ups to help grow our customer base.

You will build targeted contact lists, craft intentional outreach emails, and manage follow-ups with care and attention to detail. You’ll work closely with the Marketing team to ensure messaging feels aligned, relevant, and human.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable initiating conversations. They take pride in thoughtful communication that builds real connections.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify ideal prospects
• Build curated, high-quality contact lists
• Write personalized outreach emails
• Initiate thoughtful outbound communication
• Manage and track follow-ups Maintain organized prospect records
• Collaborate with Marketing on messaging and targeting

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media marketing and basic SEO principles
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, Photoshop, and video editing software
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Sales Force, Hubspot, etc) desired
