Brown & Brown seeks a Market Partnerships Specialist to execute, coordinate, and measure marketing programs across regions, carrier relationships, and national partnerships. The role enhances speed, consistency, and accountability by managing logistics, tracking performance, and supporting ROI measurement so strategy leaders can focus on growth and relationships.
Responsibilities- Design scalable, repeatable national programs that can be deployed across regions.
- Establish frameworks and best practices for regional adoption.
- Partner with national and regional stakeholders to ensure successful execution and adoption.
- Measure performance and continuously optimize based on results and feedback.
- Support development and deployment of scalable regional marketing programs by coordinating assets, workflows, and logistics that drive new business growth, retention, cross‑sell, and pipeline development.
- Manage timelines of key deliverables within regional strategic programs to ensure consistency, quality, and timeliness.
- Provide executional support for regional events, sponsor ships, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives, including planning, vendor coordination, and post-event follow‑up.
- Maintain program trackers, calendars, and documentation to provide real‑time visibility into status, risks, and next steps.
- Manage seminar logistics such as presentation reviews, dry runs, attendee tracking, follow‑up actions, and asset distribution.
- Partner with the Regional Marketing Leader to coordinate social media deliverables, including copy, asset readiness, approvals, and scheduling for regional initiatives/events.
- High school diploma or equivalent; with at least four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.
- Experience planning and managing events.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to apply critical‑thinking skills and a thoughtful approach to solving problems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, and Office
365. - Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
$28.85–$31.25 hourly
