WHAT YOU'LL DOThe Marketing Coordinator supports marketing operations by assisting with a broad range of marketing initiatives, including trade show set up and management, market research and data analysis, local sponsor ships, website content, and digital asset creation. You'll be exposed to all facets of B2C marketing and work with a closely knit team.
Responsibilities- Own project management for marketing initiatives when requested by marketing leadership
- Manage the execution of events and trade shows, working across the organization to ensure delivery of successful event/show experiences for both staff and attendees
- Support demand generation programs (lead scoring, email marketing, paid media, SEM/SEO/GEO, and more)
- Own social media scheduling and posting, working closely with marketing leadership
- Help facilitate team meetings, event-related meetings, project kickoffs, and more
- Help manage the company's online and physical store for apparel and promotional items
- Support marketing operations and revenue operations with CRM/marketing automation (Hub Spot), and other system related project work
- Collaborate with marketing leadership on branding efforts, corporate initiatives, and special projects
- Develop strong relationships with external vendors and associations to ensure high-quality work
- Assist marketing leadership with marketing budgets, vendor invoices, and marketing spend analysis
- Go above and beyond the normal job duties and responsibilities as needed as a member of a marketing team that's still growing
You're an outgoing self-starter and team player who thrives in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments. You're exceptionally organized, willing to jump in and help, have some event or tradeshow experience, and an understanding of marketing a luxury product. You love project management and are extremely detail oriented. Familiarity with the general aviation industry is preferred.
Required- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years experience in B2C marketing or agency experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage a multifaceted project schedule; you are deadline and schedule-oriented, yet able to flex with dynamically changing priorities
- Knowledge of core functions of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Linked In, Tik Tok, and X
- High-level skills in Windows and Microsoft Office software. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud suite and Hub Spot is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken communication with the ability to write marketing collateral
- Demonstrated ability to be poised, positive, and effective in high-pressure situations; ability to anticipate issues and have (or quickly develop) contingency plans
- High degree of ethics and professional conduct
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Salary Range: Up to $80,000 per year, based on experience
