Certified Nurse Midwife – Central Oregon
Family Birthing Center in scenic Central Oregon. Hospital-based locum assignment offers meaningful autonomy as first call, supporting a steady delivery volume in a highly respected regional health system.
Why This Assignment- Dates: Ongoing assignment with weekday availability required
- Schedule:
24-hour in-house shifts (weekday preference) - Hospital-based role – no clinic responsibilities
- First call for labor & delivery
- 2–3 deliveries per 24-hour shift
- 2,400 annual deliveries at a busy Family Birthing Center
- EMR:
Epic - Travel:
Mileage, hotel, and rental car covered
- Be able to do the job as described.
- MSN or higher from an accredited Nurse Midwifery program
- Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), board-certified
- Active Oregon Nurse Midwife license
- Recent hospital-based L&D experience with high-volume deliveries
- Comfortable managing 24-hour in-house shifts as first call
