St. Charles Health System is a 13‑bed acute rehabilitation unit dedicated to helping patients who are recovering from various injuries or illnesses. In partnership with Lifepoint Rehabilitation, this facility provides 24‑hour nursing care and intensive inpatient therapy to deliver an outstanding experience and quality outcomes for all of the patients we serve.
How You’ll Contribute- Ability to transport, lift, transfer, move and reposition patients in the patient room, therapy gym and other common areas of the hospital.
- Prepare patients for prescribed treatment and assist professional staff with patient treatment.
- Prepare, clean and maintain treatment areas and equipment.
- Procure and keep an accurate inventory of all therapy supplies.
- Perform routine clerical tasks for the therapy department.
- Other duties as assigned.

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School diploma.
- CPR/BCLS certification.
- Minimum six months experience in an acute or long‑term facility preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
