Right at Home Central Oregon is a locally owned, award‑winning in‑home care agency serving all of Central Oregon. We are looking for a part‑time RN to join our team. The RN is responsible for completing initial nursing assessments and 90‑day monitoring visits in the homes of clients who receive medication administration services and/or delegated tasks. The RN also teaches caregivers one hour of in‑person medication training with skills testing in our office and delegates caregivers in the field as needed.

The ideal applicant will be available for 3–6 hours a day on one day every 90 days for nursing visits, and ideally have flexibility for additional hours on other days to teach medication classes, delegate care or conduct initial nursing assessments. The number of RN visits and medication classes will vary from month to month, ranging from zero to 10 hours per month.

Other tasks include file review and medication approval for medication adjustments on our MARs. Some tasks can be performed from home.
