Hospice Registered Nurse

As a Hospice Registered Nurse at United Health Group, you will take full nursing responsibility for the delivery of the Plan of Care for each hospice patient, ensuring quality care and continuous evaluation of performance.

• Pay: $39.40 - $59.10 per hour

• Make the initial nursing evaluation to determine eligibility for hospice services within 48 hours of referral.
• Identify the patient's/family's physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs, reassessing no less than every 15 days.
• Initiate and coordinate the plan of care while maintaining accurate clinical notes.
• Document problems, goals, interventions, and patient/family responses to hospice care.
• Collaborate with the patient/family, attending physician, and other IDG members in daily care.
• Function in any home situation regardless of the client's age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition.

• Education: Current unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice
• Experience: 1+ years of clinical experience preferred
