Looking for an urgent start if possible. Years of experience required is 2. Experience with Epic is required. First-time travelers must have 2 years of experience. Weekend requirements are based on the needs of the unit. The following skills are required:
Hardstop:
Ortho Trauma, Craniotomy, Trauma, Trauma Level II. On-call requirements are pending confirmation. Potential call is 2 weekdays every 6 weeks and one weekend each month. Clinicians may float within their scope to meet facility needs. Local candidates are not accepted due to a distance rule. Requests for time off are limited to 7 total days during the assignment. Staffing and scheduling includes various patient ratio experiences.
Strongly prefer scrub experience. The unit cares for adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Required certifications must be included. Candidate must provide two professional references from positions held within the past year. At least one reference must be from a manager, and references cannot be pending. Candidates must have no employment gaps greater than 30 days within the required work history.
Epic experience is strongly preferred, especially for RN positions. Candidates without Epic experience may be considered for difficult-to-fill positions. Candidates who cancel an assignment with fewer than 14 days' notice will be designated as Do Not Return (DNR). Modules are completed during orientation and renewed annually. Module time is non-billable if completed within the first 8 hours of orientation.
