We're a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in beautiful Bend, Oregon. We provide compassionate transitional and post-hospital care to help our residents regain their strength, independence, and confidence as they work toward returning home or transitioning to their next stage of care. We're looking for a caring, dependable, and team-oriented Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA I) to join our nursing team.

What You'll Do:
  • Providing assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
  • Assisting residents with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
  • Taking and documenting vital signs, food and fluid intake, and output as directed
  • Assisting residents during meals and supporting their nutritional needs
  • Observing residents and promptly communicating changes in condition to the nursing team
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
  • Building positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members
  • Working collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care
Requirements

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Licenses/Certification:
  • Valid certification as a CNA in Oregon
  • Valid CPR certificate
Experience:
  • Six months experience in a long term-care environment (preferred but not required)
