Landscaper – General Labor
Location: Bend, OR
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday
- 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Pay: $22/hr
Job SummaryWe are looking for a hard‑working, reliable Landscaper to join our team. This role involves general labor and a variety of landscaping duties across multiple job sites. You’ll ride between sites in a company vehicle and work outdoors in all conditions.
Responsibilities- Mowing, edging, and general lawn maintenance
- Raking leaves and bagging debris
- Using basic landscaping tools
- Shoveling, lifting, and outdoor labor
- Supporting the crew and following directions
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors for long periods
- Able to use shovels, rakes, and other basic tools
- Hard‑working and dependable
- Good attitude and team‑oriented
- Follows directions and listens well
- Extroverted and gets along with the crew
- Background in construction preferred (but not required)
- Will train the right person
