Location

- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mammalian cell culture equipment and control systems.
- Execute routine cell culture using sterile techniques.
- Support automated liquid handling workflows and laboratory processes.
- Develop and run assays to evaluate cell performance, productivity, and product quality.
- Generate accurate and reproducible data to support process development.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and execute experiments.
- Communicate results clearly and contribute to improving experimental approaches.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in bioengineering, chemical engineering, biology, or a related field.
- Experience with cell culture, assay development, or bioprocessing (2+years preferred).
- Ability to analyze data and apply basic statistical methods.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Practical skills in troubleshooting and maintaining laboratory equipment.
- Experience with bioreactors or protein expression systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work on site regularly and follow required safety practices.
