• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mammalian cell culture equipment and control systems.
• Execute routine cell culture using sterile techniques.
• Support automated liquid handling workflows and laboratory processes.
• Develop and run assays to evaluate cell performance, productivity, and product quality.
• Generate accurate and reproducible data to support process development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and execute experiments.
• Communicate results clearly and contribute to improving experimental approaches.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in bioengineering, chemical engineering, biology, or a related field.
• Experience with cell culture, assay development, or bioprocessing (2+years preferred).
• Ability to analyze data and apply basic statistical methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Practical skills in troubleshooting and maintaining laboratory equipment.
• Experience with bioreactors or protein expression systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work on site regularly and follow required safety practices.
