Join the team at Ponch’s Place, part of the VRCCO campus, and help create an exciting, welcoming experience for every guest. As a Beertender, you will play a key role in the success of our beer pavilion and food truck lot, working closely with management to keep operations smooth, clean, and efficient. You’ll bring enthusiasm, responsibility, and organization to every shift, providing friendly, attentive service in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and adherence to OLCC regulations. You will be a brand ambassador for VRCCO while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. • This is a part‑time position with available hours between 15-30 hours/week.

• Medical:
  Multiple plan options with 70% coverage.
• Dental/Vision:
  Multiple plan options with 50% coverage.
• Profit sharing available for all heroes (employees).

• At least two years of service industry experience preferred.
• Operate POS system and process cash and credit card payments.
• High School or equivalent (Required).
• OLCC Permit (Oregon Alcohol Server Permit).
