Bartender​/Server; Bend West – Barrel Brewing

Job Description

The Westside Pub is looking to expand our hospitality team. This role combines shift management with front‑of‑house service and bartending responsibilities. As the Manager‑On‑Duty (MOD), you will oversee hourly front‑of‑house staff, ensure guests are satisfied, and maintain standards for food, beverages, and service quality.

• Run opening, mid, and closing shifts as MOD for 1‑2 shifts a week; additional shifts as needed.
• Address guest issues and resolve problems promptly.
• Ensure compliance with the Alcoholic Beverage Commission regulations.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing sanitation and safety standards.
• Manage ambiance, including lighting, music, glassware, dinnerware, and presentation.
• Write end‑of‑shift reports covering labor, food control, and sales.
• Comply with OSHA, local health and safety codes, and other regulations.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

Shift: Day and night shifts
