Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Sous Chef to lead our culinary team in Bend, Oregon. This role requires a hands-on leader who can develop creative, seasonally driven menus while maintaining high quality and cost controls.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in a high-volume kitchen, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of food safety and allergen protocols. Weekend and holiday hours will be required.
