• Clean and put away all dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, pitchers, cups and other dishware.
• Organize and store items in designated areas and maintain a clean, orderly work space.
• Prioritize chores based on restaurant needs and manager communication, and close down the work area at shift end.
• Dispose of waste, taking out garbage and recycling appropriate materials.
• Perform other cleaning and maintenance projects as assigned.
