Clothing Salesperson

Job Summary:

Provide excellent customer service while assisting customers in the clothing and footwear department. Answer product questions and make suggestions to customers while maintaining the clothing department and ensuring it meets established retail standards. Support the clothing area specialist and provide backup coverage throughout the store and cash registers.

• Understand customers' needs and provide customer service in assigned departments.
• Merchandise and sign departmental products utilizing established standards.
• Cashier, carry out, and load store merchandise.
• Maintain department appearance and cleanliness utilizing established standards.
• Pleasantly answer telephones as assigned.
• Participate in merchandising, signing, and store maintenance as assigned.
• Maintain and comply with established retail standards.
• Maintain familiarity with Wilco’s various specialty accounts and offer to customers as needed.
• Fill in at other departments as assigned.
• Stock store merchandise as directed.
• Participate in team meetings as required.

• The skill to operate a computer and other automated office machines
• The ability to interact successfully with customers and co-workers.
• The ability to perform arithmetic calculations.
• The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
