The Golf Shop Attendant assists with executing day to day golf operations while providing members and guests with phenomenal customer service.

• Ensure that each member and guest receive a personal shopping experience by offering genuine, friendly, and knowledgeable service.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderly presentation of the golf shop and merchandise.
• Process information and retail sales through the POS system and maintain proper policies and controls to ensure proper cash reconciliation.
• Provides floor assistance to Golf Professional Staff i.e., booking tee times, answering phone calls, answering questions, and selling merchandise to members and guests.

• Knowledge of golf operations, golf rules and etiquette, merchandising and sales techniques preferred.
• Familiarity with common computer software i.e Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Ability to interact with people in person and over the phone in a respectful and polite manner.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30lbs.
• Must be able to be on your feet and moving around throughout your entire shift.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, grasp, lift, push, and pull weights up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to take direction and also be able to work on tasks independently.
• Ability to adjust to an ever-changing environment.
