Job Overview
As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase strong organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and represent Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels, and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed.
Salary and Schedule Details- Your starting hourly pay rate will be $15.05‑$17.05
, depending on your skills and experience. - Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
- This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
- Average weekly hours are between 2‑4 hours per week
. - Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.
This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and a sense of urgency. You will work on the selling floor and in back stockrooms, consistently pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the day and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You may also kneel, squat, walk, stand, and climb stairs or step ladders.
BasicQualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Can lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Can operate a digital hand‑held device to open, read documents, and interpret information.
- Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
- Consistent transportation to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
