Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, handling opening procedures, cash handling, and ensuring readiness for the business day.;
Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.;
Models and shares customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive customer experience.;
Responsible for holding store keys to open and close without management as necessary and assisting with vendor deliveries.;
Assist with and coach team members in warehouse and vendor ordering processes and in reverse logistics.
