Description

As a highly skilled freelance sales associate, you will provide makeup application, skin‑care advice, hair or fragrance consultations, and deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights customers. You will work with a high‑performing team to create impact with in‑store events and maintain visual merchandising standards to stand out against competitors. This role is ideal for a dynamic self‑starter seeking a progressive career in prestige beauty.

Qualifications
  • Retail experience preferred, but applicants with amateur‑level experience who demonstrate high creative and technical expertise are welcome.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Ability to work retail hours: days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
  • Must provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for interview.
Pay Range

Anticipated hourly range: $21.60 to $34.00. Exact rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary by geographic location. In addition to base salary, eligible for a highly competitive bonus program.
