Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 technicians.
• Set the pace for the store and tone for the team.
• Start each day with a huddle, assign bays, and keep workflow steady.
• Coaching and stepping in on the floor as needed.
• Talk with customers to explain options and help them get back on the road confidently.
• Install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean new tires and wheels.
• Organize inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts.
• Provide an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience.

• Hands‑on stamina and ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Servant leadership energy – calm under pressure, positive can‑do attitude, and integrity.
• Team mindset – former athlete, military team member, or hands‑on leader who loves to work with people.
