• Manage cash handling duties, including preparing tills, maintaining the change fund, and finalizing deposits.
• Engage with customers and ensure they have a memorable experience, especially during events.
• Oversee cashier personnel to ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and effective selling.
• Supervise track personnel to guarantee safe and smooth race operations.
• Ensure mechanics maintain our karts in optimal condition.
• Uphold company policies among staff while promoting excellent customer service.
• Order and purchase supplies, concessions, and retail merchandise.
• Handle operational paperwork related to safety, payroll, and facility management.
• Assist with employee scheduling and communications.
• Regularly report to Management to keep them informed.
• Maintain the operational efficiency and appearance of the facility, including storage areas and the parking lot.
• Coordinate with management to ensure timely facility maintenance.

• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull heavy objects frequently.
• Previous supervisory experience in fields such as restaurant, entertainment, hospitality, bowling alleys, amusement parks, or miniature golf is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills; availability to work weekends and evenings is a must.
• A drug test and background check are required prior to employment.
