Portland Gear is seeking a Retail Associate for our Bend, OR location. You will welcome customers, assist with product selection, and provide an exceptional shopping experience reflecting our brand's values.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and is comfortable with basic inventory tasks. While previous retail experience is preferred, a passion for the Portland Gear brand and the Pacific Northwest is a significant plus.
This on-site role requires working flexible hours, including weekends.
