Overview
Retail Display Installer – Technology. Work with leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. Travel up to 90 miles from home on average, with paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Work Monday–Friday; weekends are not required.

- Respond and maintain consistent communication with field services management quickly (within 24 hours of contact).
- Keep availability updated accurately.
- Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
- Complete necessary forms/images/surveys associated with each job/assignment before leaving the job site.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms or client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early morning installations and installations involving a team of 2+ people, and provide solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Adhere to timelines associated with accurate time‑card submission, reporting daily anomalies with needed corrections.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Complete training and certification programs.
- Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
- Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Schedule and plan hours; hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends or early mornings.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Follow all directives, executing fully and completely.
- Work closely with the shared services team to ensure goals, identify opportunities for improvement, communicate and drive solutions, and ensure operational efficiencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication skills, and strong leadership abilities.
- Set a high standard for behavior, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring transparent, respectful communication.
- Work across all aspects of the company and through cross‑functional processes to ensure alignment and operational success.
- Ensure customer and client satisfaction is met / continually improved upon according to established shared service field KPIs.
- Be open to provide and receive feedback.
- Age / Eligibility:
Must be 18 or older (insurance requirements) and authorized to work in the United States. - Availability:
Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed; early morning and late‑night availability as needed; maintain minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. - Physical Abilities:
Can climb a ladder up to 10 feet; lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, reach overhead. - Adaptability:
Ability to adjust to changing tasks and work environments. - Communication
Skills:
Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use smartphone for clocking, photos, app downloads, internet connectivity; respond within 24 hours. - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial. - Experience:
Preferred installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives. - Technology:
Own an Android or Apple mobile device; navigate various communication platforms independently. - Training:
Complete all training assignments and tasks within a designated time frame. - Transportation:
Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles per assignment. - Leadership & Communication:
Superior leadership skills, strong professional communication and presentation skills; sound judgment and problem‑solving; time management and reporting skills.
