Position Overview

As a full‑time retail store manager at maurices, you will lead a team of 8–20 associates, including 3–4 managers, to create an unforgettable customer experience and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training, and retention.

  • Previous management experience (required).
