Sales Partner Duties- Foster a service-oriented culture by exceeding customer expectations and building lasting relationships.
- Become knowledgeable in our product categories; effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Achieve measurable goals such as units per transaction (UPT), average dollar transaction (ADT), add-ons, and customer information capture rates.
- Stay informed about current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
- Maintain merchandising standards and assist in store organization, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Assist with processing and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Accurately complete all sales transactions and maintain accountability at POS registers.
- Seek opportunities to enhance skills and improve metrics in collaboration with store leadership.
- Adhere to all local, federal, and state laws, as well as Company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Demonstrate high quality in work, attendance, and personal appearance.
- Strong communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to extend hours when required.
- Brand & Product Expert: Understand Boot Barn's brand and products to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Driving Sales Through Customer Focus: Deliver personalized, service-driven experiences that support sales goals.
- Operational Efficiency: Execute daily tasks and inventory processes accurately and timely to support store operations.
- Professionalism: Uphold Boot Barn's culture through accountability, adaptability, and respect to foster inclusivity.
- Visual Standards: Ensure store presentation meets brand standards by maintaining an organized environment and executing visual merchandising on time.
