Store Manager – Runway Fashion Exchange (Bend, OR)

Runway Fashion Exchange is looking for a Store Manager to lead our Bend team. We’re looking for someone who loves developing people, creating an experience that customers and team members want to be part of, and a person who loves the hunt of finding just the right outfit.

At Runway, we buy and sell trendy, teen & young adult gently used clothing from today’s most popular brands. Every day is different—from helping customers refresh their wardrobes to coaching team members and building a store culture where people feel valued, and inspired to grow.

• Lead and develop a team of certified buyers, key holders, and sales associates
• Create a positive and memorable store culture
• Hire, train, and coach team members
• Drive sales and store performance
• Oversee inventory flow and merchandising
• Help customers have an exceptional experience
• Manage schedules, store operations, and daily priorities
• Partner with company leadership to execute goals and initiatives

• Leadership experience (3 years retail management)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self‑motivated and dependable
• Comfortable coaching, training, and holding others accountable
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and basic math skills for cash handling and reporting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise, and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. (the majority of this position is customer-focused, not admin)
• Positive attitude with a growth mindset
• Passion for fashion is a plus
