Job DetailsWork Location: Best Buy 863 – Bend, OR 97703.
Job Type: Part‑time.
Pay: $18.50 per hour.
Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred; flexible Friday options may be available.
Position OverviewAssist in driving sales and creating excitement around the HP brand in local big‑box retailers and surrounding office supply stores. Demonstrate products to customers, tailor demonstrations, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with store management and employees.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate HP products and services to customers in retail stores, kiosks, and events.
- Engage customers, build rapport, and create memorable experiences.
- Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
- Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
- Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness.
- Report and provide competitive insights.
- Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
- Accurately document and report sales.
- Assist in documentation and paperwork for Retail Operations.
- Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, organized, functional, and presentable at all times.
- Stable weekly schedule.
- Next‑day pay on-demand with Daily Pay.
- Saturday, Sunday, and flexible Friday availability.
- Paid online training.
- $25 per month technology reimbursement.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of sales or customer‑service experience.
- Preferred 6+ months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
- Knowledge of HP products and services.

- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals.
- Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection rate and substantiated complaints.
