Hobby Lobby is an exciting and rapidly growing upscale chain that offers a wide array of art and craft supplies, home accents, seasonal merchandise, and more. We pride ourselves on our selection of ready-made and custom framing options. Our stores operate Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and remain closed on Sundays.
Starting pay for this full-time position: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of framers
- Manage scheduling to adhere to payroll budgets
- Order necessary supplies to maintain operations
- Ensure the department is organized, clean, and well-stocked
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Meet all framing deadlines efficiently
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in merchandise display
- Basic computer proficiency
- Trustworthy and dependable work ethic
- Strong references from previous employers
- Proven management experience
- Skilled in scheduling and team oversight
