• Ace Retail Operations: Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are accurate, keeping the store running smoothly and all styles easily shoppable.
• Be a Culture Influencer: Champion our Famous culture by embodying the behaviors that power our Customer Connection. Provide stellar engagement, leaving customers wowed with consistently top‑notch experiences.
• Drive Results: Take accountability for your effort and its impact on overall performance. Review store performance and drive sales with purpose and urgency to achieve goals. Communicate clearly and listen actively to ensure team understanding.
• Act with Integrity: Follow company policies and procedures, seek feedback, and pursue professional development.

• Other responsibilities may be performed as needed to ensure the needs of the business are met.
• Overtime may be required to meet business needs.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store
• Positive communication with associates at all levels
• Independent judgment and discretion while partnering with the Store Sales Manager
• Strong knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Team‑player who can work a flexible schedule, including holidays and extended hours

• Lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height using proper equipment and safety techniques.
• Walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and repetitively lift frequently.
• Remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
