Mt. Bachelor Rental Shop in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Seasonal Rental Lead to run daily operations, train the team, and deliver safe, friendly guest service during the Winter 2026-27 season.
You will serve as key holder on shift, manage POS and equipment fitting, assist with maintenance, and help with snow removal and shop setup as needed. A high school diploma and 1 year of customer service experience are required; binding certification tests are required.
