Supervisor, Retail, Retail & Store Manager

Nike is seeking a Supervisor for our retail team in Beaverton, OR. In this role, you'll lead and inspire store teammates to deliver premium service, drive sales, and bring Nike's culture of sport, innovation, and diversity to life on the sales floor. You'll oversee daily operations, including scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and visual merchandising, while coaching athletes to meet performance goals.

You will analyze key metrics, support product launches, maintain compliance and loss prevention standards, and ensure an inclusive, energetic environment for both customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate store team members to achieve sales and service goals
• Oversee daily floor operations, including opening/closing and cash handling
• Ensure premium customer experiences aligned with Nike brand standards
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising execution
• Analyze store metrics to drive performance and improve KPIs
• Create and manage staff schedules to match traffic and labor targets
• Support training and development of new and existing team members
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety, and loss prevention procedures
• Partner with store and district leadership on events and product launches
• Foster an inclusive, team-oriented, and performance-driven culture
