Game Stop - 450 Southwest Powerhouse Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, and assist with gaming needs; inform guests of promotions and promotions; apply selling behaviors during transactions; circulate throughout the store to engage guests;
Support the shopping environment and current sales initiatives to build guest relationships that drive sales and loyalty;
Supervise store operations including processing guest purchases/returns via POS and handling transactions with accuracy and courtesy;
Assist Store Manager with setting guest service expectations and training store associates in policies and procedures;
Supervise and provide feedback to Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager's absence
