Our Motorcycle Sales Associates are expected to drive sales and leases of new and used vehicles at our dealership, exceeding volume and customer satisfaction targets. They also capture internet sales while prioritizing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.
Compensation and Benefits- Competitive Salary:
Commission sales position with 20% commission according to terms of pay plan; average total monthly compensation of $5,000-$8,000 with increased earnings potential based on productivity and number of sales. - Generous Paid Time Off (PTO):
New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time. - Comprehensive Benefits Package:
Health benefits starting the first month after 60 days of employment, including medical, dental, vision, Health Savings and Flexible Spending accounts, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and a robust 401(k) plan for retirement planning. - Paid Holidays:
At least 2 paid holidays per year to Motorcycle Sales Associates subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.
- Satisfies the transportation needs of vehicle purchasers.
- Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with established dealership policies.
- Sells/leases and delivers a minimum of 10 units per month.
- Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
- Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
- Offers test drives to all prospects and follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive.
- Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up system.
- Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail automobile sales.
- Attends product and sales training courses as requested by the sales manager.
- Excellent communication.
- Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
- Team player, willing to work in a team-oriented process, with a positive attitude.
- Skill and ability to sell.
- Must maintain a clean driving record and be insurable with company insurance.
