- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
I opened my agency in 2015 after starting my career in advertising sales and later being recruited by State Farm. I grew up on a cattle ranch in Lakeview and graduated from the University of Oregon. Our team of three operates closely, moves fast, and supports one another in a high‑performing, tight‑knit culture. Community involvement is important; we sponsor youth athletic teams and support local Catholic church initiatives.
