Classic Window Coverings, Central Oregon's trusted window treatment specialist for over 35 years, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing team. We specialize in premium residential and commercial window coverings, including Hunter Douglas, Lutron motorized systems, custom drapery, exterior shades, and outdoor living products.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, consulting with clients, and managing projects from concept through completion.
What You'll Do- Meet with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors to assess project needs.
- Conduct in‑home and showroom consultations.
- Measure windows and gather project specifications.
- Prepare professional proposals and product recommendations.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with project management and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, interior designers, and industry partners.
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Previous experience selling window coverings, flooring, cabinetry, home improvement products, furniture, interior design services, or other high‑end residential products.
- Proven sales success and strong closing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software and technology.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with Hunter Douglas, Lutron, Alta, Norman, Graber, or similar product lines.
- Existing relationships within the Central Oregon building and design community.
- Experience reading plans and working with new construction projects.
- Competitive base salary plus commission.
