About the Role

As a Mortgage Loan Officer at Boss Mortgage, you will build relationships, educate clients, structure mortgage solutions, and guide borrowers through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

You will work alongside a supportive leadership and operations team while building your own personal brand and business within the communities we serve.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with clients, Realtors, builders, and referral partners
  • Educate borrowers on mortgage options and financing solutions
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, marketing, and community involvement
  • Maintain communication and provide exceptional client experience throughout the loan process
  • Work closely with operations and processing teams to ensure smooth closings
  • Participate in local networking, events, and community engagement opportunities
  • Develop and grow your personal brand and business pipeline
  • Stay current on mortgage guidelines, products, and market conditions
  • Represent Boss Mortgage with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
