As a Mortgage Loan Officer at Boss Mortgage, you will build relationships, educate clients, structure mortgage solutions, and guide borrowers through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

You will work alongside a supportive leadership and operations team while building your own personal brand and business within the communities we serve.

Boss Mortgage has built strong relationships with builders, Realtors, financial advisors, CPAs, and referral partners throughout the Northwest. We are focused on long‑term relationships built on communication, trust, and execution.

We invest heavily in our people and brand. Our dedicated Marketing Director helps support our Loan Officers with:
