Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you embody our brand with personal style and passion, bringing a welcoming energy to the sales floor daily. You assist customers in discovering their look, collaborate with team members and managers, and drive business success by creating a seamless customer experience.

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that reflects the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding both selling and service expectations.
• Assist with operational and product‑driven store tasks assigned by management.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.

• At least 18 years old.
• Passionate about supporting the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of bending, reaching, stretching, and lifting, carrying, and moving at least 40 pounds (≈18kg).
