Schedule:
3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Drive revenue growth and market expansion within corporate and customization sales channels by developing strategic distributors and customer relationships.
Lead execution of sales strategy, planning, and goal attainment while building a strong pipeline of direct corporate opportunities.
Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and support scalable growth.
Develop and execute customer‑specific sales strategies aligned with VP/SR director objectives.
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored product solution offerings.
Maintain strong relationships with key distributors and corporate accounts.
Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and opportunities within accounts.
Meet and exceed customers FY Gross Sales, Market Share, POS Growth and Distribution goals.
Build a pipeline of direct corporate customers with a predictable stream of demand and revenue.
Leverage BU resources to gather insights and support solutions related to customer hurdles and new product launches.
Set measurable goals and objectives to track customer‑specific strategies defined by the VP of Sales / Sr Director of Sales.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree.
- 4+ years' experience in the Promotional Product Industry.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
