What You’ll Earn$50,000 – $90,000 / year (hourly base pay + uncapped commission)
Your performance directly drives your income.
What You’ll Do- Help customers find the right sleep solutions using a consultative sales approach
- Build trust and create a positive, welcoming in-store experience
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Develop product knowledge that builds confidence and credibility
- Strong communication and people skills
- A positive, team-oriented mindset
- Motivation to succeed in a performance-driven environment
- Retail or sales experience is a plus — but not required
