White Cap is hiring an Account Manager – Accelerated Sales Program in a hybrid role to help build relationships with contractors and support sales growth. You will learn the business model, prepare account plans, and gain field experience by riding with senior reps.
This program targets professionals moving into outside sales, with a focus on developing product knowledge, customer and supplier relationships, and successful selling techniques. A valid driver’s license and MVR review are required.
