Service Representative

Safety-Kleen, a Clean Harbors company, seeks a Sales and Service Representative to support transportation and logistics customers with environmental and recycling solutions. In this field-based role, you will manage a service route, coordinate pickups of used oil and waste, and promote parts cleaning and sustainability programs. You'll grow accounts, ensure DOT/OSHA/EPA compliance, and partner with operations for safe, on-time service. Responsibilities

• Grow sales of Safety-Kleen environmental services within assigned transportation and logistics territory
• Manage a route of customers, scheduling pickups for used oil, waste, and parts cleaning services
• Conduct on-site service visits, equipment checks, and basic troubleshooting at customer locations
• Identify customer needs and propose compliant recycling and waste management solutions
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and service agreements in line with company pricing and policies
• Ensure DOT, OSHA, and environmental (EPA) compliance in all service and transport activities
• Maintain accurate records of service, manifests, and customer interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and drivers to ensure safe, on-time service delivery
• Educate customers on safety, sustainability, and proper waste handling procedures
• Meet or exceed sales, service, and retention targets while modeling a safety-first culture
