• Meet with homeowners in their homes for personalized consultations
• Present high-quality heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions
• Build trust, understand customer needs, and close sales
• Manage your own sales pipeline and follow up professionally

• 2+ years of consultative or retail sales experience
• Comfortable presenting and selling directly to customers in their homes
• Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Positive "can-do" attitude and professional appearance

• 5+ years of retail or outside sales experience
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed
