We are a high-growth, all-hands-on-deck team in Bend, and we’re looking for an Account Manager who doesn’t just wait for instructions—they ask the right questions and find the solution.

Our Bend location has been open for 24 months and is growing fast. We are a tight-knit, 4-person crew. If you’re looking to hide in a cubicle, this isn’t the place. This is a hybrid role that blends customer service, B2B sales, and project coordination. You’ll be the bridge between a client’s vision and the final product seen all over town.

• Own the Interaction: Manage inbound leads via phone, email, and text.
• Consult & Quote: Don’t just take orders—ask questions, solve the client’s problem, and provide accurate quotes using Corebridge.
• Drive the Process: Coordinate timelines with our design and production teams to ensure we "Get it Right" and "Get it Done."
• Quality Control: Manage the "built room" queue and ensure every sign that leaves our shop meets our standards.
• Stay Organized: Use Hub Spot and G-Suite to keep our rapid growth on track.

  Experience:
  
  Previous office experience, account management or B2B sales/service is a huge plus. You know how to communicate professionally and stay organized under pressure.
• Curiosity: You aren’t afraid to ask "Why?" or "How can we do this better?"
• Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable learning new software (we’ll train you on our specific tools).

• Direct Mentorship: Work closely with a veteran Branch Manager who knows the industry inside and out.
