What You'll Do

• Engage customers in retail locations and create genuine conversations.
• Learn about their home service needs and introduce them to Roth solutions.
• Generate quality leads and book appointments.
• Represent Roth with professionalism, energy, and integrity.
• Work with our Sales and Service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Work toward individual and team goals while taking ownership of your results.
• Position will be between the Bend and Redmond Home Depot

What We're Looking For

• Positive, outgoing personality and confidence talking to people.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented, organized, and motivated to succeed.
• Comfortable using a tablet, smartphone, and Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma/GED and 18+ years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
